A blueprint for success
Our engineering services start at the concept stage. We will meet with you and work together to determine your needs, space requirements and other parameters, and understand concept drawings must be done quickly to speed the iteration process resulting in the best design possible.
We will design your system together from storage/picking, waves, packing, order matching and sortation. Our engineers work with the city authorities providing drawing sets and required egress plans to secure building permits. Our drawings also provide future lines, that can be added at a later date when expansion is needed.
We will create the calculations for unit storage, wave/active order volumes, unit throughput both single item and multi item orders along with sortation rates, speeds and accumulation.
Once your project is designed, we will confirm the design with either a numerical or graphical simulation to assure your goals will be met.
